SHIPPING TO ITALY
Shipping fees: the shipping expenses vary according to the weight/volume of the purchased item(s).
The delivery in Italy is free of charge for orders having value of € 300 or above.
International customers must contact us before placing the order for shipping costs.
Ruota+ uses only well renowned express couriers to deliver the orders.
We can ship the products purchased on the website to the whole Italy including islands. The goods are shipped on receiver’s risk and will be delivered
to the address specified during the order process. Unless differently stated the delivery occurs within 2 working days.
Should any problem or delay come up Ruota+ is engaged to contact the customer by e-mail or telephone in order to inform him/her about the time needed
for the delivery.
Ruota+ clarifies that the availability stated on the website (when shown) are approximate and in no case constitute neither a contractual obligation
nor prerequisite for possible damages indemnification claims. Please note that our couriers normally execute the deliveries on working days, Moday to Friday.
Ruota+ cannot be considered as responsible of any consequence outcoming any possible delivery delay or goods damage occurred during the transport performed by the courier.
Ruota+ will proceed with the replacement of the damaged goods only when the parcel is proved to be damaged and the receiver accepts the delivery with reserve.

Bank transfer: you will receive a message at the end of the order process containing the relevant information to perform the payment. Please note that the goods will be shipped after that the sum is credited on our account.
Paypal: we can receive payments on the address firstname.lastname@example.org from users having a Paypal account.
Credit card: through the Paypal circuit it is possible to perform a payment by credit/debit card also without activating a new paypal account.
Cash on delivery: payment by cash on delivery is possible paying an extra fee of € 8. Example: if the total amount of your order including the shipping fee is € 100 the amount due to the courier is € 108.
GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Performing an order the customer declares that he/she read the following sales conditions.
Assembly: the bicycles on sales are partially assembled in order to optimize the transport. The most part of the bikes are assembled at 80% level, some others are completely assembled.
Although the assembly of bicycles is within the reach of the avaragely experienced user, Ruota+ suggest to have always the assistance of a professional mechanic during the assembly.
Not all bikes are equipped with an assembly manual. Ruota+ is never responsible of the bicycle assemblage and for the damages coming from an uncorrect assemblage.
Prices: all sales prices shown on the webiste are in Euros including VAT, while they do not include shipping expenses (see section dedicated to shipments).
It is possible to issue an invoice: if this is needed the user must communicate his/her VAT number during the order process.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The sales of goods on the internet are disciplined by the Italian law (D.Lgs 206/05) that regulates the subject of contracts stipulated from distance, that is sales concluded outsied the seller’s business premises.
The above mentioned law sanctions the return and refund right, that is the opportunity granted to the purchaser to return the purchased items and obtain the refund of the expenses.
This right is granted exclusively to the individuals (consumers), while it cannot be claimed by Companies or individuals who act under their businesses’ purposes.
In order to exercise the refund right it is necessary to send within 10 working days from the goods receipt, the items for which one intends to exercise this right. The shipping expenses of the retusìrnet products are totally at customer’s charge.
The return and refund right totally forfeits in case the returned product is not untouched, that is:
• lack of original packaging
• absence of elements that are integral parts of the product (accessories, unassembled parts etc)
• the product is damaged
Ruota+ will proceed with the transmission of the order and relative credit of the goods’ price within 30 working days from the return of the goods by the customer, and in no case before the goods return.
The refund will be exclusively made by bank transfer or non-transferable cheque.
Warranty and homologation: all the items on sale on our website are provided with CE homologation and covered by the manufacturer’s conformity warranty for 2 (two) years starting from the day of delivery. The warranty is applied only to final customer.
The warranty does not cover any possible damage coming from defected asseblies made by the customer and by the normal wearing due to daily use of the means.
NOTE: the mounting of the fixed cog on the hub in track mode requires the intervention of an experienced mechanic with a special tool. In case of a not complying assembly may result a damaged to the hub’s thread, that is why no warranty can be accorded to hub’s thread in track mode.
Responsible for bicycle parts (ex.: Shimano or Sram components) is the manufacturer or alternatively the Italian distributor.
